One of my Neon Tetras looks like it is fat. What is wrong?

This is the best picture I could take. The fish has a giant distended belly. Kind of reminds me of Harry Potter's Aunt.

I’d say swim bladder or constapated or maybe even dropsy... all can have swollen bellies ... there are medicines that can help if you google it but I’ve not had a lot of luck with recovery when this happens. Make sure you tank is clean and if you can quarantining is a good idea in case it’s bacterial like dropsy so it doesn’t spread.
Either way he’s not alright
