One More To Finish Off?

Its definately Mbuna, looks vaguely familiar but i can't quite place it. I'll see if i can find it on the net and post back

ooo its a tough one i hope you can find it i tried for 2 hours to no joy really like him though.

OK, was probably thinking about it too much, its an albino Melanochromis Auratus.

Albino Auratus

Put it this way, i wouldn't put 1 in my tank and i have some seriously aggressive fish in there already!

ok good thing i didnt get him just thought he looked good what if i got one more of what i already have in my tank would that work?

If i added 3 more in one go would they have to be the same or could the be different that would put me up to 15 would i be ok with this? i have 2 filters running on the tank

You would still have exactly the same problem, the new fish would almost certainly get picked on, in this case especially by the other fish of the same species. There is no easy way of adding a single fish to an established tank. :/

I was looking at another o.b there is one that looks different its white and orange with dark bits was thinking of him but would i be best getting 2 other different ones aswell.

The man in the shop told me i could keep this in a mbuna tank he seemed to be doing good in the tank he was in but i wanted to do some research on what it is and where its from or more to the point if i can have it so whats its name?

Did you miss the 11 inch part and the EYE EATING part?? :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

cuz thats how big they get and trust me thats what they eat! lololol

besides all that though, your other tank mates might be a tad over zealous for her (looks to be a female)

yep missed that bit lol! i just wanted to add something else to my tank i have 12 in there at present.
