I went to one of my wife's friends house with her this weekend( a person i've was meeting for the first time.she works with him), and when we walked down stairs i seen that he had i 150g tank built into his wall!!! it was an african river set up. well when i was comenting on how nice his set-up looked he asked me if i would be intrested in buying one because he bought 2 of them for $200!!!!!!! and his wife would only let him keep one so he sold me the other one for $100...$100 for a 150g!!!! needless to say i was very happy. also he is going to come to my house in a few weeks to help me build a wall in my basement for the tank...I cant wait!!! now my only problem is i dont know what to put in it??? :dunno: i know i want sand for a substrate but i dont want saltwater but maybe brackish. I will post a pic of the tank as soon as my camera comes back from the shop(i droped it lol).

Wow!!! That's so exciting  I don't know anything about brackish fish, but I bet that will be fun :)

WHY DOES EVERYONE ELSE ALWAYS GET THE GOOD DEALS!!!!!!!!!

i would die for a 150 for 100$ thats insane

bbbbbbbaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh

If you want a brackish water setup, howbout a nice community of monos, scats and archerfish? That would look cool.

Any time I ask my six-year-old nephew what I should put in the aquarium, his response is always "man-eating shark". So there you go. I'm not sure how much his advice is worth, but that's it. :) The sad thing is, you could almost get one in a tank that big. I am seriously jealous.

pendragon!

thats such a awsome deal!

That is what i was thinking about but i dont have very much experiance with FW. right now i have a 10g fw with 1 bleeding heart puffer 3 danios 1 white halfbeak and 1 female guppie. so looks like its time to do some research. i do like the idea of some large cichlids but i dont know anything about them. can you but anytype togeather? or just a few types?

Personally, I'd put some fish in there.
