Omg I've Got Whitespot!

Hi all, well i knew it was all going to well, my first major problem, WHITESPOT.

I'm not too paniced! I've followed CFC's instruction on how to treat it. My tank temp is at 84, did a 50% water change and vacced the gravel well. Just one question, I put in the first dose of interpet 6 antiwhitespot on sunday at 6:30pm it says to add the 2nd dose on day 4. Just being daft does that mean wednesday or thursday i don't want to mess it up the word formaldehyde on the side of the bottle scares me!!

Thanks Miss wiggle. I think things are looking up, the white spots seem to be dropping off my fish so when i re-dose tomorrow it should kill the little blitters, the whitespot not the fish!!!
