Well I have a 10 gallon tank with a 20 gallon filter. My dream is 3 guppys 2 girls 1 guy,2 ottocincles ,3platys 2 girls 1 guy, and 2 dwarf gouamis 1 guy 1girl. Is this possible or to much of a strech

Hello, welcome to the forum! :)

Is your tank currently running? Otocinclus prefer a mature tank as they require algae to graze on and often starve to death in a newly set up tank.

Your stocklist sounds good other than the Gourami's. The tank isn't bog enough i'm affraid.

Is there eny way I can have gourami? A better filter? Anything ? My tank is running but I have ugly gravel so I'm changing it. I have the platys not by choice my sister told my mom we had to get them a few years ago and they stuck my ottos died in quarantine because mu guppys hade fin and tail rot

As you know from your posting on the toher thread, otos prefer to be in a shoal, aside from what Minnnnnnnnnnnnnnnt said about them needing a mature tank.

Yeah they're sociable so would be best in a small group of around 3-5 imo. They can be very touchy.

As for the Gourami... I would still have to say no. a tank that is around 40-50 litres isn't really big enough. There is a possibility that you may get away with a pair of Honey Gourami's OR maybe a group of Sparkling Gourami's, say 4 or 5?

I've hade ottos in this tank before for months befor I got fin and tail rot
