erm. this is an interesting discussion... anyway, that tank is cute and so is Angelo. His coloring is *really* cute! I just wouldn't want a 1/2g because you can't fit any cute decorations or really any plants in for the Betta to have fun with. 1G's are VERY cheap, you can get a 1G critter carrier (from Petsmart) for about $5.. I'd definitely consider upgrading him if you have the space/money. Bettas LOVE having little caves and plants to swim through and explore, I think its almost always a myth that Bettas dont do anything with more space. I was actually shocked by how tiny my Aquaviews are 0_0 I'm getting 2.5-3G's as soon as I can for my new pair.

my dad said that he doesnt trust them now -.- big fat lady bargain shoppers like WMs low prices and my dad that he doesnt like the ladies ...

Dont be dissin' on WM now. Thats my fav store, aside from the fish dept. O yeah and the famous "That's not my department." line when you ask for help.
I like their tanks, but thats about it with the fish dept...

well see here is my deal! im not dividing the 1/2 like most ignorant people would.. he isnt starving... and he isnt being kept in dirtywater!!! so its not a problem! im being careful and responsible he will be getting 2 100% weekly water changes just like freckles one on wensday and one on sunday (i change all water on sundays!)

My 2 that are in Aquaviews actually like to swim up and down and back and fourth. The shape is SO easy to fit anywhere, they sit next to eachother or in corners perfectly too.

Yeah I guess they are good, especially for the $$$. I had a betta in one and he was always so still. I thought it was cuz he was in too small of a container... He died, I guess of old age, b/c I had him for like a year... Maybe it wasn't the size after all...

I know this is a little krazy but K-mart has 2 tanks... A 5g and a 1g that are good for bettas... It has a UGF ( ) air pump, line, stone, med rock, and 2 TALL plants (with the 5g) and it was only 34$ after a 6% sales tax No food, conditioner or nothing like that tho...

angelo is 8 days old now AND yesterday he started eating my lil boy he is being a pig WEEEEEE im so happy and his colors have gone from that weird green to a purplish blue hehe im so EXCITED I JUST CANT HIDE IT!!! oh yea so as you all know here is new/old angelo
