they've just laid their eggs, (the 1st batch was fine, but the last 2 batches they all got eaten)
should i remove the male (he's a hungry git ) as far as im concerned he ate the last batch in 24 hrs.
but my better half says he looks after them more .,.
(60 liter, temp nursery)
so.. answers on a postcard (or 100 bill)

Don't remove either, remove the spawn if anything. If you are turning off the lights at night & leaving the fish in the dark, try a small lamp next to the tank at night. Often angels will feel the safety of the spawn is compromised in very dark conditions, and eat the eggs.

With the line & inbreeding involved with today's angels much of the parent raising instinct has been bred out. Pulling one of the parents risks splitting up the pair, this is why most serious breeders pull the spawn.

it was the best thing to do(in my case) as all eggs hatched, bar 5 white ones.
and shes moved them to another leaf without eating or loosing any,
