Ok I Give Up! Please Help! What Plant Is This

i give up, i've been looking for hours trying to find this plant, please help me!

is that a floating or planted plant?

in a pot but the loach keeps diging it up, its 8inchs tall from the top of the pot it has fine short leaves for the top 3 inches max some are about a inch only i got the plant from pets at home but the staff can never tell you more than what is on the label and there was no labels on the plants

i did think it was that one because some of the leaves are red, lol
 
ive spent 3-4 hours trying to figure that out! silly me lol
