Fish Crazy
Some of you may remember that I posted about having turned one of my aquariums off before christmas. I turned off the heating, filter and lighting and removed approx 90% of the water but left some water, the live plants and gravel in place - it was left like this for about 7 weeks. When I went to reuse the tank after the new year I found two minute fry - no bigger than a pin head. In the tank before I turned it off were White cloud mountain minnows, black neon tetra and I think some guppies.
Well that was a few weeks ago now and the fry have grown into - Zebra Danio!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can only assume that the eggs were on the plants
? Or is there another explanation? Either way I now have two new Zebra Danios which is ace
