Hi everybody,
It's one of my female guppys. She survived columnaris some 8 months ago and got a curved spine as a sequel. However she had been very active and happy since, ate and swam normally like the rest of the fish.
Yesterday she didn't want to eat(well, it looked more like she "couldn't" eat) and was swimming almost upside down (45 degree angle). But this morning she had a sunken belly and instead of a gravid spot she has a "bloody spot" :crazy: It looks ugly I must tell you. It's like she's about to poo blood or something.

The poor thing still goes after the food but can't reach for it. :-( It breaks my heart to see her like this. This one is fighter, I know it for a fact.
What can I do? Do you guys think it might be caused by an infection that can be cured with antibiotics or something? I put some salt and stress coat but I'm not sure if this can help.

Any advice will be appreciated, thanks!

Sounds like she has a swimbladder disorder if she can't maintain balance/stay upright- you could try moving her to a breeding net(shallow water will help her maintain balance) and treating her with some anti internal bacterial med and also do some water changes and feed her some cooked de-shelled peas, but unfortunatly swim bladder disorders have a very low recovery rate so be prepared for the worst.
As for the red spot, im not totally sure as to what it is but check out fish tb on this link and see if it looks anything like your fish's condition;
