We did it!

Woo hoo!

:)
Hate to say it, but this is not General Talk.

3....2.....

nice.....1 post and two people support it while two moan that its not a post on how many flakes a guppy should consume in a week.

considering the massive result for the UK (where many of us are) maybe the odd post like this could be left in peace? its not as though the title tricked you in here!

yeah okay your in australia so :p were over the moon here, nothing of that scale ever comes over here.

New boy: how long have you got.

in summary

loads of light, co2, fertaliser, loads of maintenance and many an hour with a wet arm.

Woo Hoo? I am sure the people facing increases in their council tax are not as happy.

I personally find it hard to care about a load of jumped up celebrities going on about how running will 'inspire the yoof of today' at a time when there's a lot more important issues to be thinking about.

Well while this thread is going

Have to say I agree.
I'm NOT looking forward to the next 7 years of commuting hell - is truly dismal as it is - it's hard to actually imagine it could get worse :/

Then again - I'm not planning to be stuck in London in 7 years time

in return for extra tax we will get massive investment.

i live near London and my kids all do sport, my eldest will be 16 at the time the games are here and intends to compete......that will be assisted by additional funnding in the mean time.......stop moaning!

T

ohh...and she dives (into water) so theres your fish link!

In return for MY tax, what "massive" investment am I (personally) going to see ? :grr:

I don't give two ticks about the Olympics - now we're not only going to moan about the weather on a daily basis, but we're going to get non stop headline hogging for the next 7 years about Olympics blah blah blah (at least Dianna can hopefully RIP now  )

It's all well and lovely living outside London and enjoying the fringe benefits. You can go back to your house in the country or whereever out of London. We have to live with the daily hoo ha :grr:

damnit, why isn't this thread closed yet?
it has no place in this forum
