Nutrafin Clear Fast Question

In an attempt to clear up the cloudyness of my tank I put about 2.5ml of Nutrafin Clear Fast into my tank (29 gallon) but being an oaf I didn't shake it at all when I added it. 
 
I immediately saw all my fish going bonkers in the tank, zipping around and acting weird. They are currently huddled up near the top of the tank, which leads me to believe they are feeling stressed. 
 
Do I need to do a water change, and if so how much?
 
I tested my water perameters and have the following reading:
 
PH: 5 (this is normal for my tap water)
Ammonia: 0 
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 0
 
Temp: 24 C

Yep..water change, immediately. I would be looking at changing large amounts twice a day, as quietly and peacefully as you can, it sounds like your fish are stressed already.
Also, ignore products that claim to clear any cloudiness...water changes are usually the best remedy.
