Love the tank. If you can't find your shrimp question your Pictus cat fish. He must really love you giving him prawn cocktail for breakfast. If the shrimp are small enough he WILL have eaten them. I know cos mine did!

You have some nice fish, but I would suggest picking up some more tiger barbs or returning them to the store ... I have some tiger barbs, (6 at the moment) and they get absolutely miserable in groups of 3 or less.

Personally, the fish are real pretty, but I think you could have some real problems with that tank in the future, as there are a lot of questionable combinations there.

Good luck with it, personally, I think you may need it...
