Not Sure What Is It ?

Hi i notice what looks like a wound on the tail fin of my male Platy. He gets chased around by other male all the time so i wont be surprised if he got hurt or scratched himself while getting away. My stock list in my signature and i tested water last night and the reading are same as always: Ammonia 0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate 10.
I hope its not a start of an infection.
Help !

Is it a wound or lump. As in the pic it looks like a lump abit.
Any redness to the wounds

No redness to the wound, and the wound looks kinda like a needle mark (little lump and a just dark depression in the middle).

Lumps can soon times just go on there own.
If you can issolate try a bacterial med.

No way of isolating right now. Have 2 empty tanks but no place to put them. Shall i try something like pimafix and melafix combo?
I do have almost every possible medication on hand, but dont know if i should medicate the whole tank with antibiotics and so on...

Never rated pimafix and melafix.

I wouldn't use antibiotics in the tanks.
What bacterial meds do you have.

I have a lot of Mardel stuff: Maracyn (200mg erythromycin), Maracyn-Two (10mg Minocycline), Maracyn-TC (250mg Tetracyclin), Fungus clear from Jungle, Coppersafe (i know it for ich and velvet and useles for most everything else) also as i mentioned before I have Melafix (Antibacterial) and Pimafix (Antifungal).
If there something better out there i can get i will. There are 3 lfs in 15 min driving range.

Doctor perscribed me some minocycline when for some reason I broke out in spots in my thirites lol.

I would add the maracyn two. You can use maracyn one and two together.

On serious note: Thank you very much for super fast replies.
So shall i medicate the whole tank ? I do have about 20 fry in the same tank along with some that will drop today or tomorrow.

I would just add the maracyn two then.
I would only half dose if fry are going to be in the tank.
The problem with medicating the whole tank is that fish build a resistance up to meds.
Increase aeration.
Remove black carbon from filter if you use it.
