Not Enougth Fibre?

Well when i feed my fish ive noticed they get very bloated and constipated?

i feed them 2 bloodworm cubes in every 5 days,
inbetween i gfeed them tubifex and flake, all good stuff from king british

its mainly the guppy's

any ideas?

Feeding to many blood worms can make fish bloat up.
The tubilex worms are they live, frozen or freeze dried.
Need a more varied diet of more variety in frozen foods like daphnia which is very good a digesting the fish food, and brime strimp.
Veg is also good anything green.

Yeh im stealing some of my mums lettuce tomorow then

Cook frozen peas for a few minutes, let cool down, pop out of shell and mush into small peices and add to the tank.
