Not A Good Start!

My new APS 2000EF came today.impressed how quickly it was dispatched as i only paid friday afternoon
anyway, i was so excited to get home from work and get it fired up. Was just getting it out and the bottom media tray was smashed on the bottom part.i could prob stil use it but i am upset its broke already. Have sent an email off to them.so lets hope their customer service is as good as people have said!
Have left the filter until i hear back!

from what i have heard they are second to none with CS and will send you out a replacement part for free

yeah got mine out of the box and went to open and broke the large clip email and sent one out free of charge no questions asked

Expect the media basket handles to break aswell. Have received my second one today aswell.

Agree with you all, I emailed them ast night, they got back to me this morning saying they will send a replacement basket out! Fantastic!
I have heard about the handles but TBH I'm not that worried about them.
