As we all know certain types of tetras will breed prolifically whilst others, unless the params are absolutely perfect, will never breed. Well today I cam home and for a while though some of my rummynose tetras were sick because overnight two of eight have ballooned in the most literal sense of the word. They look as though they are wearing fish fat suits, in fact here's a pic
Yup my apologies. They wouldn't keep still but hopefully you can make out the bulge. I've had these tetras sine 09 and this has never happened in my community tank. Any ideas of what I should do next? I've just finished setting up a fry trap but all and any advice would be more than useful here...
