I was at a fish store today and I bought a piranha and a molly (dont worry, different tanks) and in all the excitement with the piranha I forgot to get the molly food. Is there anything I might have around the house that I can feed to it until tomorrow or the next day. Im hoping for some quick replies. By the way I believe the molly is pregnant if that would effect anything.... Thanks

It will be fine without food until tomorrow. In fact it's a good thing to starve your fish at least 1 day a week.

The molly should be fine. Its best not to feed everyday anyways. If you realy want to feed it, if you got shrimp in your fridge, it should eat that. I think it should also eat the inside of peas.

i dont usually feed new fish 1st day anyway, should be fine as the previous posts said :)

Mollies really benefit from a diet that is high in vegetable matter so the occasional shelled pea would probably be a good idea even when you have lots of fish food on hand.
