Newbie Here Have High Ph And Amonia

Hi i had a tank and it crcked so had to buy a new tank asap so i did its now 4ft long and 310 litres the ph and amonia is quite high wht can i do iv just done a 50 water chnge

First off, let's have more details. How high is your ammonia? You've basically done a 15% water change, which is pretty minimal. You've only taken away about 15% of the ammonia - so if you had an ammonia level of 1ppm, you are now only down to 0.85ppm. You would need to change significantly more than that.
 
What did you do with the filter from the old tank, and how old was that filter?
