I'm new to fish forums can some one tell me how t post and use things please

to TFF, Jaws!
Look at the board (first page after you've logged in) and select the appropriate forum for your need/enquiry.
Before starting a thread do a search to see if someone's come across your problem/enquiry before (chances are they will have)
There's a search box at the top right of each page - you can search an individual forum or the whole thing - depends how general or specific your enquiry might be.
It's fairly logically set out so try the different ones to see where things are.
You'll soon find your way about
