I know I need to put a sponge on my filter ...I have lots of java moss already, but its all on the bottom or in trees. should I try and float a little on top? she getting that square shape....I'm hoping with the sponge and some good dense hiding spots a few will make it...
also I do have quite a bit of water circulation....should I reduce it?

Yes, I would try and float some; livebearer fry do tend to hang out in the upper levels of the tank. You shouldn't have to worry about flow; healthy fry are strong swimmers.

OK I had a bunch of pennywart with Java Mass attached floating....well the fish like the roots of the pennywort

 as they are 95% gone.
I did manage a pre-filter on my power filter. I guess I will go and get some more java moss and float it with some cork pieces I have..
 
 
Also noticed today that one of my Dalmatiom Mollies is getting ready as well. has with spot behind fins on bottom.
How long do you normally have to wait once that happens?
