New to the hobby, my aquarium

Hello, I’ve just started my planted aquarium and just got my fbetta. I’ve done amuch research over the past few weeks before getting him but wanted to show some people on this forum to make sure im doing everything right. Learning what to do with plants is quite difficult.

tank is 26 litres
1 betta named blue
8 shrimp

any advice or recommendations wouldn’t be greatly appreciated

With complete honestly I can say you tank looks fantastic. Seriously. You obviously have real talent for it and I will not be surprised at all when you add another. Very well done sir.

I’m tempeted to get another one already, it was so much fun planning it out. I’m trying to be sensible and just concentrate on the one for now,

It called salvinia auriculata, I got it from the tropica 1 2 grow range.
