New to fish keeping.

Too warm for most. What fish are you wanting?
Really any, my main motivation for starting a fish tank was to help the little guys get out of their cramped pet store tanks. That being said I'm partial to gourami and cories. Especially powder blue gourami.

What size tank is this again?

Try aiming for around 77-78°F. It's a good temperature for most tropical fish.
Any tips on how I can bring my temp down? I live in southern Texas so its like 105 degrees fahrenheit during the day.

You can either add cold water to the aquarium or lower your AC.

Your water is suitable for both corydoras and gouramis if that's what you want :)

You could have a nice group of corydoras and a couple gourami. I would advise against dwarf gourami

Interesting, If I were to put ice cubes in would I have to do it consistently or would one batch be enough to bring the tank temp. down for a while. I purchased a new higher power ceiling fan and will definitely drop the AC to 76.

I think you can add a few cubes for every 30 minutes, but don't quote me on that.

Ah, I'm quite unfamiliar with all sorts of fish, could I keep opaline gourami? Also panda or albino cories? (only types in my LFS).

Any corydoras, or both.

Like every 30 minutes till the temperature is low enough? Would I still be able to do it when I get fish?
