i have just read on reef one uk (biorb.co.uk) that after filling up the biorb and leaving it 48 hours you can instantly add your fist fish is this really true

every tank needs to be cycled!

DO ignore most of the information that Reef One states in its literature! DON'T fill with goldies, DON'T add fish after 48 hours and DO treat it as a tank with corners and cycle properly before adding fish!
