it ain't finished yet, i'm picking some stuff up tommorrow for it e.g. plants etc

got it off my m8 for £30!

nearly 2 weeks old

when should i move them into that grow out?

Between 4-6 weeks you can start moving them into the growout tank. Then at about 2 - 2.5 months you should be able to start sexing them and start removing the males.
