That may be the case now, but as he gets bigger, you will most definately have problems. If it is a Spotted Congo (Congo's are completely different) then you can keep it in fresh water in another tank.

The gourami won't be feeling so big after your GSP - which I think it is - has a go at him. They have very sharp teeth.

Also puffers have a completely different diet to those other fish. Your puffer is a carnivore, as are all puffers, although some will take vegetables. It is not a main part of their diet however, and you should feed them meats. Check out Oddballs Institute or the Brackish Forum for more info.

I'm glad to hear it. I would also be glad to hear that he has moved soon.

Sorry to sound really evil and nasty and be one of "Puffer Nazis" as they are collectively called, and reading back on this post, I seem to be a little harsh.

Again, I'm sorry to be so nasty.

Puffer

i will also have to migrate my puffy into a brackish tank when he gets a lil older. he loves his meat, let me tell ya! and i gave him peas yesterday which surpsingly he loved.

 WOW maybe you can plant the tank up more...leaving just the left part with the pot and the stones ( best part of all ) and those other big rocks infront or in the bushes of plants..that'll look AWSOME!

I love the pile of stones with the pot... and of course your gouramies :D
