Its colours and body shape look exaclty like every young gibby ive seen.....
lets not get aggressive about this, but this is a gibby;

and this is the fish shown;

a good way to tell the difference is the eyes. gibbys have markings on the outside ring of their eyes where as most other plecos, as well as this guys old fish, don't.
gibbys also tend to have shorter bodies where as commons are longer and more "evened" out. thats the only way i can put it. gibbys, to me, look stunted.
either way, the markings on the eyes are a great way to tell the difference between gibbys and commons.
EDIT: okay that isn't a good comparison but the close-up of the gibby's head show the eye markings i'm talking about that are absent on the pic of rob sadlers fish
