Hi all,

Im planning on getting a new tank for my common pleco, he is ghetting a bit big for his current home and he needs more space to swim around. What is the best size to get for him?, i want him to have enough space to keep growing and dont want to make the wrong choice and buy one that he will get too big for in a few months time.

Bailey is 6inch at the mo and still growing, he is about 15 months old.

Say a 70 gallon tank or something? i heard common plec's get huge.

Plus if you got a 70 gallon tank, you could buy 5 more corys :p

hey Emz;

I had a Sailfin years ago and he did ok in my 72 gallon.
As they say the bigger the better.
It will make a happier fish.
And is only about the fish anyway (in my house for instance)?
