Got 8 sterbais today and all seemed healthy but i noticed one that has fungus on its head and is missing all its barbels and some of its fins a little. Its white and cottony, fuzzy.

Sorry about poor quality.

Test results
ammonia- 0
nitrite- 0
nitrates- 10-20
Just lost a cory, but not the one with fungus, not having very much luck with these sterbais :/

Cute.
Can you isolate the corys and use Maracyn, Or Maracyn plus.

No the only tank i had open was a 10 gal but its a grow out tank for my bichirs now. So lost 2 now, not the fungus one.

They do sound like they need a bacterial medication.
Sorry for your losses. R.I.P.

Could their acclimation time have been too short? If they are sick you may want to let your LFS know that the fish in his tank need treatment, and ask if you could get store credit for any losses you have. Sorry about your fish!

Well i have a pretty awesome relationship with my LFS, they give me very cheap deals on fish, i pay almost as much as they buy them for, probably because ive been going there for 3 years, and have spent hundreds of dollars there. When i order i goto the store to pick up the bags that they come in, and acclimate them for 15 minutes. But atm my LFS has a ich outbreak so i couldn't any there anyways.

How the corys. Any change?

One looked to be ill and not moving but he seems to be fine now, i hope they all do well, fingers crossed the one with fungus looks to be healing on his own.

OK. Thanks for the update.
Good Luck.

What are you feeding them? Why I ask : Some young fish do have a lack of protein in a certain period of their growth. When / if fed algaewafers for instance in that period (by the breeder or more often lfs) some youngsters will have healthproblems for sure. They look a bit thin to me (Your other ones are looking great btw)
 Cheers Aad
