Have you ever bred the sinogastromyzon wui? Are all hillies breeding behaviour assumed to be similar to this?
One of my beaufortia kweichowensis appeared to be digging spawning pits a while ago (certainly looked like it) but nothing ever came of it.

Neither the Sinogastromyzon wui or Beaufortia kweichowensis have been tank bred so not a lot is known about there breeding habits, but maybe one day

Great to see someone else who has taken an interest in Tanichthys micagemmae
of course i doubt ill be able to get any... anytime soon

A shop that I get the majority of my loaches from has both species in its just a case of deciding which to get, I think I am leaning towards the Tanichthys micagemmae.

personally I'd go with the dadios (C.dadiburjori)
they are a stunning little fish and will be harder to spawn so will make a greater challenge for your skills
