New Planted Tank

I have a new tank, almost ready for fish which I will be adding gradually as I have cycled using Aqua soil Amazonian as my amonia source, and have used a significant ammount of mature filter media in external filter ( this has taken just over 2 weeks of ammonia spikes which now read 0 and nitrites almost there also).

I have dicided (I think) on the following stock for a south american planted tank.

BN plec x 1
Angels x 2 or 3?
Black neon tetra x 10
Cory x 6
Hatchetfish x 5 ( these will be added at the end, only if I have room after everything else)

My question is, which fish would be most suitable to be added first whilst the tank is maturing?, I believe that tetra enjoy a mature tank, but no so sure about the others.

Corys very hardy.

Just have a sand substrate.

i have mostly aqua soil substrate and some sand, which should be good for them.

Corys are certainly not hardy. Out of your selection the most hardy would be the black neon tetras, believe it or not. Perfect dither fish too, good choice.

OK, thats great, I'll add them, in groups of four or so over the next week or two and get up to a shoal of 10-12

Bristlenose are pretty tough as well and are waste machines so they'd build that filter right up!
