New Pair Of Gold Rams

I went out a couple of days ago to look for a pair of Bolivian Rams for my 125l but found Gold rams too for £5 more for a pair. I thought they were much prettier so I went for a pair of them instead!

They've settled in really well and the details on their fins are just awesome. Definitely think I made the right choice!

Nope, just freshwater.

Ok, just bear in mind that they require soft water to live to their full potential, I used to keep rams in my community tank but they never lasted that long due to my tap water being so hard, so I set up a new tank using RO water with a re- mineralizing mix added to the pure RO water to put the required nutrients back in, I have had three lots of fry so far.
