I'm not 100% sure if I like... It would grow on me though.. Something different I guess.. I could certainly live with it!

The cichlids will love that Algae! :good:

Good job! :D

OoO.. I think that looks great.. how'd u get that algae? It rox mah sox

That looks top notch! How did you control your algae growth so well?

Good work.

Your tank and fish look great, I`m more for the natural look but I bet the fish love the pipes.

I know, instead of making our fishtanks look like parts of a river bed or something, make them look like scrapyards or backalleys!
Rofl, i'm only joking mate, algae looks nice, but I don't like PVC pipes full stop, maybe if you arranged them neatly and siliconed gravel on the top it would look alot nice, but it's personal preferance at the end of the day.

thank you for the comments guys

the algae just does its own thing i have to clean the glass quite frequent but doesnt effect the routine water changes

as for the scrap yard comment i know what you mean and i did havethem all neat once but that looks even more modern and fake if thats possible i like it and since its been "scrap yard" like ive had babies so i guess the fish like it

to me this pic looks too errrm regimental and with cichlids being natural scrappers and rough gits i think the mess suits themcichlids0004.jpg
