new lighting for my 125gl marine

getting new lighting but have no idea what to get there are so many choices. and my lfs all tell me different things so does anyone have any idea what i should get. I have a fish only marine tank now but want to go coral in a few months. Its a 125gl with wet/dry sump and protein skimmer. i have 2 power glow bulbs and 2 other bulbs not sure what they are they say aqu plant and fish on them. If you know of any websites i can go to to see the type of lighting i need please let me know my brain is fried from searching. HELP PLEASE

I would go for halide of T5 lighting .
