New House

In the building stage. Started about a week ago. It's supposed to be a timber frame and 1000 feet on bottom, 600-650 on top.

very nice, i take it that section thats up is going to be a mud/ laundry room either from the garage or back of the house? seems that those are an essential piece of everyones house nowadays

I loved doing house framing, idk y, but really felt like my work was helping people directly... something you get from very few jobs

EDIT: just thought too, is that a full basement or just a crawl space for plumbing and such?

I'm not actually building it... my parents are... I am under their command, lol. It really is fun, I think my favorite part is.. .well.. picture this, a balcony, but on the inside. Those are fun. I have to get vinyl in my room because my mom thinks I'll warp wood with all my water... I'm thinking of painting one wall completely black so I don't ever have to buy backgrounds, but I don't think so, lol.

It's just a crawl space. We couldn't afford a basement because our funding is limited. Barely enough to even buy this house.

They're putting up the timbers today. Fun fun. My mom has prepared a ridiculous lunch;
