New Honey Gourami's

hi i just bought 3 honey gourami, 1 male, i love then they look really cool,

but they are quite shy, the male swims and hides when ever i walk past the tank

is there any way to get them to come out more often?

They should come out more when they get used to their surroundings. Are there any other fish in the tank that could be frightening them?
