Clown Plec is L104, and I have one of those, so it's definitely not one. All stripey plec pics are of the plec sold as L333.

Thanks you lot. GN was £11.99 at Paws for Thought in Leeds. I think the L333 has been confirmed as L333 (and possibly a female), although they're very similar to L066.
