New fish

Ok... I need an escort to any store with water in it, because I cannot control myself. I need someone to tell me no more lol .

I was SUPPOSED to get 7 blood fin tetras but ended up getting six and then this thing... I'm thinking it's a really stressed, possible female? scissor tail rasbora? I dunno.

It has a black spot on it's anal fin and is mostly silver. The tail has a hint of yellow/orange on it. The eyes are about 3x bigger than the other tetras, she is much larger bodied also.

Certainly looks like a rasbora to me, but its definitely stressed, so there are probably a half dozen different species it could be. I'm sure you'll be able to tell in a couple of days once it settles in.

I'd guess maybe a red-tail (rasbora borapetensis)? Your guess of a scissortail (rasbora trilineata) is pretty solid too.

It looks like a very skinny female congo tetra to me, PM Lateral Line and ask him to take a look. He should be able to ID it straight away as tetra's and rasboros are his field of expertese.
