New Fish Tank Ideas Help

Hi all, I am going to set up a new planted 190 litre aquarium. I have 4 bags of Flora base as my substrate, have bought a number of amazon sword plants and vallis plants with java moss attached to bog wood. Also set up the red sea co2 biosystem so should keep the plants healthy... (my first time with co2 and plants!)

I need some help deciding which fish to get though, and also more plants....

I would like to have Apistogramma's so any help on these and which fish could go with it? I love shoaling fish so maybe one or two with bright colours? Cardinals? Tiger barbs?

Plus most likely to have a bulldog plec, would these get on ok?

Any ideas and help would be much appreciated.

I have had the tank for 2 years so yes cycled. Just have moved its current inhabitants to a different tank. ...

Yeah I like these too, have had penguins before and do enjoy them. Really like a good shoaling fish... would tiger barbs work?

What other fish could I get as larger fish but that wouldnt disturb apistogrammsas?

Any suggestions on plants?
