New Fish! Channa Gachua!

Had 6 little channa gachua delivered this morning curtosy of Amerce! The fish look great when they come out! Here is a couple of pics with their new home!

Sorry for the poor pictures, I only have a point and shoot and I'm not very good with it lol!

they are cute. they grow very quickly but channas are such interesting fish to keep

Thanks, I have been watching them all day! 1 is very dominant tried to chase me away from his little corner! Hopefully I will get a pair from them! New plants are being delivered Tuesday so there will be more cover!

It is a good fitting lid but we also have the dvd player on top so should be good! Just given them bloodworm but they did not seem too interested!

I have got floating ricca in there the filter blows it all over the place! thats why the pics are blurry the lens focus's on the ricca!

Yeah same with my tank,aim the direction downward leaving surface like a mill pond, as long as these guys have somewhere to breach the surface to breath air all is fine,i find aiming downward makes these guys much more active
