Had my former president of our national livebearer society over. We had a nice afternoon together catching up on livebearers and mainly about pure endlers. For we'll start another breeding project on N-class endlers and I'm the most active member who's keeping endlers. But we want to create a conservation project for the Lake campoma in Venezuela has been dredged a couple of years ago. And the endler populations of that lake are gone. But there are some other waters in that region that still hold endler populations.
Before he left at the beginning of the evening, I've scooped out specimens of 6 different Campoma and Cumana strains, yellow saddleback endler hybrids and a number of coral red platies (Old German version). I didn't count them but just scooped out what came into the net.
The intention of this project is to have a data bank of N-class endlers which can be used for rereleasing specimens into the wild again.
