New Cory Sick

Replied to this before but it didn't appear?

The corkscrewing has reduced, he's still darting wildly round the top of the tank but seems better able to maintain balance. Unfortunately the resting upside down/on his side/wedged between plants etc is still going on. The other cory is now acting totally normal and I got some spirulina flakes down both of them last night. Not enough, but at least they show some interest in food.

The cory is basically the same... it's losing weight because it isn't eating much, the other one is fine. I don't know what's going on... I'd have thought a disease serious enough to cause these sort of neural symptoms would have killed the fish by now, or else gone away.

Is there anything I can do? I don't want to euthanise as I don't think the fish is suffering, he never acts distressed. I have also heard about apparent brain damage causing total disorientation and lack of balance slowly recovering in mammals - circling or constantly falling subsiding into staggering in that direction and finally going away.
