I just got three new corals to add to my mushroom farm tank :). I got a pink hammer, a purple and white plate coral, and a kenya tree. The two questions are this: 1) what do you all feed your plate corals. 2) i have the hammer off to the side of the tank, do they require higher lighting (ie move it more to the center of the light) or should it be ok off to the side a bit. I have 120+ watts of light on a 20 long. any thoughts would be nice.

Is it a tentacled, or no tentacle plate coral? If its got tentacles, go ahead and feed brine/mysis/krill. If no tentacles, stick to cyclopeeze

yeah, get a turkey baster and very gently spray them on there. Works great :)

well i will do that, but i placed the plate in a place where the food will naturally collect anyways, so im going to see if i can see anything landing on him and him eating it before i break out the bastor. :)
