I'm looking to add a Co2 system to my 240l aquarium, but have a couple of questions for the experts before deciding on the exact system:
- My filter is an Eheim Pro 3 350. If I use an inline diffuser does the spray bar need to be below the surface at all times? To put it another way, will Co2 be "lost" to the air if it is on or above the surface, or does it stay in solution?
- If I use a pH controller, is there any additional advantage to using a timer to swtch off the Co2 supply at night to potentially save Co2 or is it totally unnecessary or even detrimental?
