Cheers Nelly. 1st time with snakeheads so any advice welcome. Trying to get them to eat some bloodworm. They just picking away, still early days though.
You said it mate, took a while for some of my previous channa to take food, what sytle bloodworm, frozen or live, live if you can get it would help a little better, maybe just as a treat now and again, Also try getting some prawns, defrosting and chopping them up, tesco/asda cheap prawns from frozen section cheap as chips<no pun intended>
If you could find out from the previous owners what they were eating may also help, but try to feed a variety of foods, including pellets, helps them not to turn out picky eaters, also please remember Channa are escape artists ensure any little gap is covered.
