New Betta Tank *pics*

cleaned out my 13l betta tank...added black gravel, few small vallis plants and a bit of slate.....using sponge filter, 25w heater and table lamp

his name is Bridget...enjoy!

yea i am.....the tank is only 13l i picked it up for nothing and had a spare sponge filter and 25 W heater.....so decided to make it into a betta tank....

i didnt know where to put it, so cleared a small space on my shelf unit....inbetween books etc....

did it all on the cheap....only paid for the fish lol...and he was only 3 quid!..bargin....

yea i just used it as it was lying around......my tank is only 13l so its really low maintaence...fill it up with a glass of water from my other tanks if it gets low LOL...feed him brine shrimp once a day.....EASY PEASY.

make friends with a local independednt LFS and get to know the manager....lol

hahaha, thanks for the coments! i asked my mate what i should call him and he said bridget so it stuck.....plus he is moody lol!

yea its tiny...only 13l but it not till you zoom out that you realise how small it is....yea all the decor was just from bits and bobs i had lying about!

andy mcnab! was hoping noone would notice...got every book...how sad!

yea only uneven coz of filling it up, any tiny bit of water added sloshes all the gravel about as its so little!
