New.. Are They Just Resting?

My 3 new dwarf gourami's keep lying against/ underneath plants. is this normal or is there something wrong? Also (only had them in there a few hours), they have just been harassed by my betta a few times, which i quickly whipped out and had to give away could this be why, or do they do that anyway?

Are they resting for long periods at a time.
With some fish resting on plants can be a bad sign.
How do they look are they good colour and not pale.
Do they look bloated.
Can you post your water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
