why cant you order from big als in the UK? i realize they do not have pricing, etc for the UK, but has it ever been tried just out of curiosity? i would assume you'd have to pay fees for importing/exporting and the likes, but i just have no experience with these things.

i sitll wouldn't expect the prices to hold up against other local stores though - they may seem expensive, but i bet they aren't making as much of a profit on each item as people think...not to mention they get great bulk discounts (any chain store that is)

in the last few days i have ordered plants, skimmer, fish, hose, scrapper and now lights on line.......each from a different pplace with the best deal.......there are LOTS of places out there doing this.

by all means do it if you love it but dont think you have spotted a gap in the market!
