New 20 Gallon Standard High Tank Please Help With Stocking?

I have a 20 gallon tank high standard sized tank. It is already cycled and has 2 hang on back filters totaling up to like 250 gph.
Ammonia:0
Nitrite:0
Nitrate:5-10
Ph:idk yet

So far i have about 5-7 adult guppies and like 5 or more babies or frys aka. Its okay if the guppy overbreeds because i will feed all leftover guppies and females to my oscar.

How many more small fishes can my tank hold if i do 25 percent water changes a week.

I was thinking 7 more green neon tetras and 7 cardinal neon tetra?? Is this good and a bristlenose pleco also.

Are tiger barbs okay?

I'd say no to Tiger Barbs mine almost killed my guppies if I didn't stop them. tetras should be Ok though.
