I’m cycling a new 20 gallon long which will be home to a pair of a. borelli and 10 Nannostomus beckfordi. The borelli are in quarantine and were sourced from The Wet Spot. I have not obtained the beckfordi yet. My other 20 gallon long is home to a pair of a. cacatuoides and 12 Glowlight tetras.

I prefer frog bit - this is some in my 20 long:

I also prefer more drift wood of decent size - maybe 8 to 14 inch long and 3ish inch wide; it helps if it has nooks and cranny where the fish can dig or hide under.

btw it looks like your plants haven't converted yet to submersed form and those sword plants can take a year to adapt to your local conditions so don't be discourage if they take a while to show decent or real growth.

Your frogbit is thriving there @anewbie ! Looks great, and I agree about the driftwood. My sword took several months to adapt, so agreed there as well.
